Willie started the poultry business in 1951 with six or seven employees. He then sold the business to Garry & Simonne Smith in 1988. It has always been a family business. | |
| Garry works at marketing and selling products. You might find him working the line at the plant as well, along with his two sons Micah & Jonathan. His wife Simonne works in the office. Their three girls have also worked here or at home labeling cans. Presently there are 18 - 20 employees working at Waddells. |
